   Good catch—the generated `semantic_cache_status` field is restored in 
`5e54caab05`, and regeneration leaves the file unchanged. Local generation and 
focused tests pass; the new OpenAPI CI run on this head should confirm the 
published artifact.

   Good catch—the nonce fence described in our earlier reply had gone missing 
from the branch head; `5e54caab05` restores it. A separate-client takeover 
probe fails before and passes after, 374 focused tests pass, and the exact tree 
had an independent review. Would it make sense to keep the rollout hold until 
live split-store/process-pause and provider-result validation is done? To be 
precise, this rejects mismatched pairs as misses; it isn't an atomic 
cross-store write guarantee.
