   ### SUMMARY

   Hi 👋 I work for ClickHouse. Could we include ClickHouse Managed Postgres in
Superset's PostgreSQL-compatible databases list?

   This adds a psycopg2 connection example with verified TLS, including where
to find the connection details and download the instance CA certificate.

   ### BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF

   The PostgreSQL page gains a ClickHouse Managed Postgres entry under
Compatible Databases.

   ### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

   Run `cd docs && yarn build:full && yarn serve`, then open
`/user-docs/databases/supported/postgresql/` and find the new entry under
Compatible Databases.

   The generated connection string passed queries and table discovery against
ClickHouse Managed Postgres over verified TLS. Connections with an untrusted CA
or incorrect hostname were rejected. Formatting, Python type checks and
metadata validation passed.

   The documentation build passed. The docs typecheck and link lint report the
same failures on unchanged upstream.
