Swapped `FastMCP.as_proxy()` for `fastmcp.server.create_proxy()` in `simple_proxy.py` (b359d0f1eb); no other `as_proxy` uses remain. Added `test_simple_proxy.py` covering `main()`, passing on fastmcp 3.4.7 and 4.0.3. Also merged master and fixed two master tests that broke under 4.0.3 (`fastmcp.tools.tool` import, `ping`). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
