Agreed — handled in 308a4a1: `where_latest_partition` now returns the query
unchanged when `get_max_partition_id` comes back `None`
(all-reserved-partitions table), instead of compiling `PARSE_DATE('%Y%m%d',
None)`. Added a regression test alongside the existing one
(`test_where_latest_partition_skips_where_clause_when_max_is_none`). The
`get_extra_table_metadata` path already tolerates `None` (it just reports
`latest: {col: None}`), so no change there. Branch head is d2d87fd (merge of
the CI-retrigger commit); happy to squash if that's preferred.
