Thanks @eschutho, the scheme-only swap with the marker for a clean downgrade looks solid to me. One thing before I approve though. `master` has picked up more migrations, and `down_revision` here still points at `884a2115ebd3`, which would leave two heads. Could you rebase and repoint it at the current head? Codeant's two threads are still open too, so I'd love for you to assess and address or resolve those before this gets merged.
