I'd like to work on this. It looks like #41174 put `z: 10` on the whole series in `transformFormulaAnnotation` and the other annotation transformers in `Timeseries/transformers.ts`, so the line now draws over the data series' markers and labels. My plan is to keep annotation labels in front but stop the line itself from covering point markers and data labels, with a test in `transformers.test.ts` and before/after screenshots.
