@EnxDev Thanks. Agreed it is a policy conflict, not just a textual one: #45266 keeps editorship on the non-strict chart-data path and this PR drops it. I am holding the rebase until that is settled with the #45266 authors, and will then either remove `allow_editorship` and its callers or narrow this PR to match master.
