Good catch @aminghadersohi. FAB re-registers the two `UserDBModelView` launcher permissions on app creation and grants them to `AUTH_ROLE_ADMIN`, so a custom-named admin role does pick them back up (the built-in Admin gets resynced by `superset init` and stays clean).
