rusackas opened a new pull request, #45578:
URL: https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/45578

   ### SUMMARY
Small housekeeping pass, no behavior change:

   - Bump `pillow`, `certifi` and `geopy` pins to their current releases
(`pyproject.toml` + both compiled `requirements/*.txt` files).
   - `get_oauth2_config`'s error path now logs the database's name instead of
the `Database` instance itself.
   - `layout_placement`'s emoji-stripping regex now builds its astral-plane
Unicode ranges via `chr()` instead of literal `\U` escapes, which some regex
tooling parses as individual characters rather than the single code point each
one resolves to. Verified byte-for-byte identical compiled pattern and
substitution output before/after.
