Merged `master` back in (this branch's tip was already a merge commit from
an earlier round, so another merge over a rebase). That cleared the
`playwright-tests`/`playwright-tests-gaq` failures outright — they were failing
on a `recently-archived` spec that doesn't exist on `master` anymore, removed
by #43264 a while back. This branch just hadn't picked that up.
`test-storybook` still looked flaky going in ("Storybook instance is not
running at :6006" after barely over a minute), unrelated to anything in this
diff. Will see if it clears on a re-run.
@massucattoj the `tableLayout="auto"` vs `fixed` question from CodeAnt and
my own earlier reply still stands as the right scoping call, not revisiting
that here.
