URL: https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/45582

   ### SUMMARY

The "Responsibilities" section for Docker Compose on the Installation
Methods page still described the pre-7.0 image layout. It told readers that the
default images are `lean` and lack the metadata database drivers and the
headless browser for Alerts & Reports. It also suggested running a `-dev` image
for demos and extending `lean` for production.

Since the default `apache/superset` image became batteries-included, that
advice is outdated. This PR updates the paragraph to say:

   - The default image (e.g. the `latest` and `<version>` tags) already
includes the Postgres/MySQL metadata database drivers and the headless browser
for Alerts & Reports.
   - Users still need to install the driver for their data warehouse.
   - Users should build their own image that extends the default image. The
section still links to [Building your own production Docker
image](https://superset.apache.org/admin-docs/installation/docker-builds/#building-your-own-production-docker-image).

The wording matches the Docker Builds and Alerts & Reports pages, which
already describe the default image this way.
