Thanks for this one, @bestlong, the zh_TW/dayjs mapping was exactly right. The CI failures turned out to be one thing: the new test imported `renderHook` from `@testing-library/react-hooks`, which isn't a dependency on `master` anymore. Fixed that and rebased as #45605, since your branch has drifted far enough from `master` that I can't push to it directly (a `workflow`-scoped file conflict). Credited there.
