I would think to keep moving, we would DISCUSS this SIP on the dev email list, then VOTE on it, yes? Except that per Evan's comment that this is three SIPs in one, I wonder if this should be split up into multiple SIPs. The biggest bottleneck on the Superset project is committer and PMC capacity to discuss and design and make decisions. That's followed by their ability to review code. So the best way through, in my opinion, would be to scope this to a single improvement at a time, and then have that discussion, refine, vote on the agreed upon approach, and then once that's merged, move on to the next one. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
