   ### SUMMARY

   CVE floors for `joserfc` and `python-multipart` already landed in
`requirements/development.in` (#45387, #45386), closing the vulnerable
transitive versions in Superset's own dev/CI lockfile. That file is never
consulted by a plain `pip install apache-superset[fastmcp]`, though - it
resolves straight against the `fastmcp` extra's own range in `pyproject.toml`,
which carried no floor for either package. This adds the same two floors
directly to that extra, so installing it from PyPI gets the same protection as
the dev lockfile.

   Neither package is a direct dependency; both are pulled in transitively
through `fastmcp-slim` (and `mcp` for `python-multipart`).

   | Package | Floor | Advisory |
   |---|---|---|
   | `joserfc` | `>=1.7.3` | CVE-2026-75509: claim-validation bypass via
array-typed `iss`/`sub` claims |
   | `python-multipart` | `>=0.0.31` | CVE-2026-53537, CVE-2026-53538,
CVE-2026-53539 (fixed in 0.0.30); CVE-2026-53540 (fixed in 0.0.31) |

   Superset's own production Docker image never installs the `fastmcp` extra
(only `[postgres]`/`[duckdb]` variants), so this doesn't change anything about
the official images. It closes the gap for anyone installing the extra
directly, e.g. to run the MCP service outside of Superset's own container.

   ### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

   `pip install apache-superset[fastmcp]` should resolve `joserfc>=1.7.3` and
`python-multipart>=0.0.31` or newer. No code paths changed, so no functional
test is needed beyond the resolver behavior.
