Added `draws the previous data with the %s the dashboard set without a
query` to `ChartRenderer.refresh.test.tsx`, run once per key in the list. Each
case renders a response with one value, changes only that key in `formData`
while the response and `latestQueryFormData` stay the same, starts the refresh,
and asserts the previous rows are drawn and the plugin last received the
current value. Taking any one of `own_color_scheme`, `label_colors`,
`shared_label_colors` or `map_label_colors` out of `DASHBOARD_COLOR_KEYS` fails
its own case. In 3448772.
