Thanks @madhushreeag, both points were valid and are addressed: 1. Added an `UPDATING.md` entry under `## Next` in c594325cf9: with a Sentinel coordination backend, coordination commands now honor `CACHE_REDIS_DB` and `CACHE_REDIS_USER`, so if `CACHE_REDIS_DB` is not 0 the coordination state (task state, locks and streams) moves to that DB, and operators should avoid mixed-version deployments and drain in-flight tasks when upgrading. 2. Corrected the description: pub/sub channels aren't scoped by DB, so only the DB part left pub/sub unaffected. `publish()` and `pubsub()` run on the same master connection, so the missing ACL username affected pub/sub like every other coordination command. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
