### SUMMARY
Completes 100% of the Italian (`it`) localization for Apache Superset in
`superset/translations/it/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po`.
#### Key Improvements:
- Translated all 894 previously untranslated message strings (`msgstr ==
""`) and resolved all 3 fuzzy translations (totaling 897 localized messages).
- Raised Italian translation completion from 84.8% to 100% (5,901 of 5,901
messages translated).
- Translated terminology adheres strictly to modern BI and analytics domain
conventions (datasets, dashboards, charts, native filters, alerts & reports,
permissions, RBAC, semantic views).
- Validated all Python and ICU format specifiers (`%s`, `%(param)s`,
`{choices}`, plural forms) for exact parameter and positional parity.
- Compiled and verified binary `.mo` catalog generation with zero format
errors or missing tokens.

### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Validate catalog structure:
`polib.pofile("superset/translations/it/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po").percent_translated()`

2. Test binary compilation:
`flask fab babel-compile --target superset/translations` or `pybabel
compile -d superset/translations -l it`
3. Launch Superset with `BABEL_DEFAULT_LOCALE = "it"` and verify that UI
elements, navigation headers, filter bars, modals, alerts, and settings render
in Italian.
