   Thanks @nadamien for testing this on a real Oracle instance! Good to have 
confirmation that 'IW' stays on Monday regardless of NLS settings, while 'D' 
doesn’t.
   
   The fix is in #45858 if anyone wants to take a look. Reviews welcome 🙂
