### SUMMARY Version history has no place for an extension to show additional information beneath a chart or dashboard's saved versions. This adds an optional footer so extensions can provide that information without replacing the panel. Without an extension, the panel is unchanged. The typed `versionHistory.panel.footer` component receives the entity type and appears after the history, empty state, pagination and truncation notice. The core adds no commercial text, links or retention behavior. The companion downstream prompt depends on this slot landing first and on a containing core build; its copy is pending Elizabeth's sign-off. Apache's 6.1 branch lacks version history, so this cannot be promised for 6.1. The earliest compatible target is a master-derived build containing both version history and this slot; no 6.0 backport is proposed. ### BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF Not applicable to the default UI: no footer is rendered unless an extension registers one. ### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS - The panel suite passes all 32 tests, including red-first coverage for chart/dashboard empty history, ordering after pagination and an unregistered slot. - Register a component at `versionHistory.panel.footer`, open chart and dashboard history, and confirm it receives the correct entity type and appears at the bottom. Remove the registration and confirm the panel is unchanged. - All changed-file hooks pass, including the frontend type check, after synchronizing dependencies and package declarations. The type hook also passes on the unchanged base. CI remains the full environment gate. ### ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - [ ] Has associated issue: - [x] Required feature flags: existing version history availability - [x] Changes UI - [ ] Includes DB Migration - [x] Introduces new feature or API - [ ] Removes existing feature or API -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
