The new list views offer both card and table, and cards will depend on that feature flag * Tabs seem to be contentious, there's another SIP specifically for that. We do like tabs too, but we'd like to encourage people to use their browser's tabs instead of ones inside the app The SIP is really about direction, and individual issues will be brought back to light either at implementation time or in a SIP if they are controversial and/or high importance.
