**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** Situation: * I have dashboards with tables with row limits. * End-users are querying data large enough to hit row limits. Problem: the data is truncated silently -- the end-user has _no idea_ that their data is not accurate. **Describe the solution you'd like** Chart view has a clear warning that a row limit is reached.
