Not sure how got tangled but I'd suggest an interactive rebase to get rid of
the commits that don't belong here. The short story is `git rebase -i
{SHA_OF_YOUR_FIRST_COMMIT_IN_THIS_BRANCH}` and then you remove the lines for
the commits you don't want in the text editor that pops up.
