### SUMMARY This PR adds the possibility to format dates in the `pivot-table` chart and also fixes some bugs in the control panel. Requires bumping `@superset-ui/legacy-plugin-chart-pivot-table` to `0.14.21` based on work in https://github.com/apache-superset/superset-ui/pull/734 .
