### SUMMARY Follow up on #11558 to clean up the `mountedTab` state as promised. This state was introduced to fix a Bootstrap Tabs bug and depends on its internal API. Since we have migrated to Antd tabs and the original bug is gone, there is no point keeping this state in code. ### BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF N/A ### TEST PLAN Manual.
