There are some properties cannot being saved by
`/superset/explore/?form_data...`, but to **only** save changes in the
Properties Modal, do you need to call `/superset/explore/?form_data`?
it looks like calling `/superset/explore/?form_data...` is just to force a
browser refresh with latest chart title?
