### SUMMARY <!--- Describe the change below, including rationale and design decisions --> This PR makes SQL Lab discriminate errors that happen because of missing parameters in the query, showing them as "Parameter Error" instead of "Database Error". The error component in SQL Lab seems to be outdated, but I didn't want to change it now since we would like to include this fix before 1.0.
