   When editing a dataset it's impossible to edit the SQL expression of 
metrics/calculated columns

   I should be able to edit.

   I can't edit, the input field for SQL expression doesn't show up.

   1. Edit a dataset
   2. Try to change the SQL expression of a metric or calculated column
   
   ### Environment
   
   - superset version: `superset version`
   - python version: `python --version`
   - node.js version: `node -v`
