junlincc opened a new issue #13309:

   After clicking "View chart in Explore", on one of the charts in dashboard, 
got a blank Explore page with only main menu showing, and below error. Only 
affecting one specific chart and the chart on dashboard shows perfectly... 
   Search the chart from chart list and open, also see a blank page.
