   Running `docker-compose -f docker-compose-non-dev.yml up` as per 
https://superset.apache.org/docs/installation/installing-superset-using-docker-compose#3-launch-superset-through-docker-compose
 - i.e. without sudo - results in an error.
   
   ### Expected results
   
   `docker-compose` should run successfully - or the guide should mention that 
running with `sudo` is indeed required.
