   ## Description
   For long metric names, the tooltip isn't displayed, because the (i) which on 
hover displays the tooltip is out of range. This means user has no way to see 
the metric description.
   
   User needs some way to still see the metric description - e.f the tooltip 
(i) should be displayed in the visible section of the screen,
