### SUMMARY Group effort with @lyndsiWilliams and @hughhhh. Moves the ctas/cvas schema form field closer to the ctas/cvas check boxes and adds some open/close animation ### BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF ### TEST PLAN unit tests.. to manually test, edit an existing db or create a new one.
