### SUMMARY <!--- Describe the change below, including rationale and design decisions --> This PR adds a new error `TEST_CONNECTION_INVALID_USERNAME_ERROR`, for when the username provided to connect to a given database is invalid. It also removes the `_diagnose` method, which tests if the host is up or down, leveraging `extract_errors` for that instead.
