Strange that there are no errors logged. I'm assuming that you have a `SECRET_KEY` value set, and it's just redacted here. Other than that, I would suspect that the Redis cache instance perhaps isn't connecting, though I would think that would log an error. Can you confirm access via `redis-cli`?
