### Feature Summary Currently, datasets in the hub/home page use the same default background image. This feature adds the ability for dataset owners to set a custom cover image from files within their dataset, making datasets more visually distinctive and easier to identify. Current public datasets display as: <img width="1064" height="677" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/fad3779a-a776-48e0-b90b-fbd035e46212"; /> ### Proposed Solution or Design The new design allows users with write access to designate any image file within their dataset as the cover image. The cover image is version-specific and persists when the dataset is renamed or ownership changes.
