Review Comment:
Using BrowserAnimationsModule in unit tests can introduce real animation
timers and make fakeAsync/tick-based tests slower or flaky. The rest of the
frontend unit tests typically use NoopAnimationsModule; consider switching to
NoopAnimationsModule here as well.

Review Comment:
The test spies on router.navigate but still calls the real Router.navigate
implementation, which can reject with "Cannot match any routes" under
RouterTestingModule and cause unhandled promise rejections. Consider stubbing
Router in the TestBed (provide { navigate: vi.fn() }) or mocking the spy
implementation (e.g., mockResolvedValue) so the assertion doesn't trigger real
navigation.
