   I am not sure how to proceed on this PR. The drift was described between two 
doc deployments (website and wiki), not against source code. I don't know if 
any of those doc deploy is accurate and reflects the "source code". IMO the 
source code should be the only source of truth and docs should be verified 
against source code.
   
   Two questions:
   1. how do we verify the doc change? any programmatically ways (i.e., test 
cases) to do so?
   2. how to maintain the doc change in the future? should source code update 
also change docs (so that they can pass the docs test)? Otherwise I anticipate 
more drifts easily.
