Part of #4070. ### Goal Add logging to the microservice resources, helpers, and Kubernetes client. ### Problem Service endpoints and especially Kubernetes API calls (pod create/delete) failed silently apart from thrown exceptions. ### Scope - Endpoint events, k8s API call failures (ERROR), validation/denial (WARN). - Excludes the service `main()` classes (those carry the OTel bootstrap and fold into the feature PRs). - Non-functional; no behavior change.
