We want to help you get your PRs merged, but it is a bit too overwhelming where to start. I have projects that go up to 50 sub-issues, and I open two or three PRs each round, get them reviewed and merged, then do the next round of two or three PRs. I think that's more managable. I read it over and it makes sense to me. I will put in some effort to organize the PRs to make them more manageable, and might put off some PRs to be merged later after prerequisite PRs are merged first.
