Already resolved — empty/missing CSV headers are now auto-renamed to `column-N` in `CSVScanSourceOpDesc` (commit 59f776c853, PR #5282, merged 2026-05-29), which stops empty attribute names from propagating to the Iceberg/Parquet writer.
