### Task Summary Tracking issue for reorganizing the `agent-service` codebase: centralize shared types, isolate HTTP clients behind clear single-purpose modules, extract agent-tool utilities, and expand unit-test coverage. **No runtime behavior change.** This supersedes #5564, which bundled ~5–6 topics in one PR.
