Review Comment:
   `runSingle` currently uses `getFields.head.toString` without asserting the 
emitted `TupleLike` has exactly one field and that the field is actually a 
`String`. This can let the test pass even if the executor emits additional 
fields or a non-string value that happens to have a matching `toString` output.
