Closing in favor of a manual migration — y-websocket 3.0.0 dropped the bundled server, so we'll move `bin/y-websocket-server` to `@y/websocket-server` (which keeps the same `y-websocket` bin, so the Dockerfile stays unchanged) instead of taking the major bump.
