Extends the existing `user-workflow.component.spec.ts` with 21 new tests (37 -> 58) for `UserWorkflowComponent`, targeting the remaining uncovered branches: - the view-child getters (throw-before-init) and the `filters` setter re-search; - persisted `card` view mode and `userChanged` reactions (login/uid + re-search); - `search` forcing `pid` into the params; - the create / duplicate / delete workflow flows including owner-info hydration, access grant, no-wid early returns, and catch branches; - the file-upload guards (non-string reader result, extensionless name, create failure); and - `refreshSearchResult`.
