Closing after a backport-coverage audit: this optimizes the workflow cover-image feature, which is main-only — the `WORKFLOW_COVER_IMAGE` table, the cover endpoints on `WorkflowResource`, `WorkflowCoverService`, and the `card-item` component don't exist on `release/v1.2`, so backporting would introduce an unshipped feature and wouldn't compile. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
