   A synchronous exception from `onDeleted()` is caught by this delete-error 
handler, after the success toast has already been shown. The user then receives 
both “Warehouse deleted” and “Failed to delete warehouse” even though the 
DELETE succeeded. Handle rejection from `firstValueFrom` separately (for 
example, with the second argument to `then`) so refresh-callback failures are 
not reported as backend deletion failures.
