Review Comment:
   No change needed. SqlServer.createDSLContext() is `def createDSLContext(): 
DSLContext = context`, a field read, so no DSLContext is built per call; what 
is allocated is one UserJupyterDao holding the shared configuration. It also is 
not a hot path: dao() runs at most twice per ensure and only when a provision 
or rebuild happened, never on the fast path. Per-call DAO construction is the 
existing idiom, as in WorkflowResource's `private def workflowDao = new 
WorkflowDao(context.configuration)`.
