   ### What happened?

On a dataset's or model's Versions & Files tab, the upload panel says "Drag
& drop file/folder to upload", and dragging a folder in does work — the
folder's files are uploaded with their paths kept.

But the "Browser & Upload Files" button beside it can only pick files. There
is no way to choose a folder from the file picker, so uploading a folder is
only possible by dragging it in. Anyone working in a maximised window, on a
laptop without a second window to drag from, or using a keyboard has no way to
do it at all.

Expected: the picker can choose a folder as well, so both routes can do the
same thing.

   ### How to reproduce?

   1. Open any dataset you can write to: Your Work → Datasets → click a dataset
→ Versions & Files.
   2. In the "Create New Version" panel, click Browser & Upload Files.
   3. The OS dialog only allows files to be selected — folders can be opened,
not chosen.
   4. Now drag a folder from a file manager onto the same panel: it uploads,
and the file tree afterwards shows the folder's structure.

The same panel is shared by the model pages, so a model behaves identically.
