### What changes were proposed in this PR? `vitest.config.ts` and `vitest.browser.config.ts` both configure a junit reporter, so every test run writes `frontend/junit.xml` (and `frontend/junit-browser.xml` in browser mode). Neither is in `frontend/.gitignore`, so both are left untracked and can be committed by accident. Ignores both next to the existing `/coverage` entry. Paths are anchored, so a `junit.xml` committed elsewhere under `frontend/` is unaffected. No behaviour change. ### Any related issues, documentation, discussions? Closes #8490 ### How was this PR tested? No tests — git configuration only, no code path affected.
