Confirmed and fixed in 3aae06d.
`@vitest/[email protected]` pins `"@vitest/mocker": "npm:4.1.10"` exactly, so
bumping `vitest` alone left the vulnerable mocker in the lockfile — and
`angular.json` points the test target at `vitest.browser.config.ts`, so that
is the copy the runner actually loads. `@vitest/browser`,
`@vitest/browser-playwright` and `@vitest/coverage-v8` are now on 4.1.11 and
the lockfile is regenerated: no 4.1.10 resolution remains, and the exact
`vitest` peer of `@vitest/browser` is satisfied.
