URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-texera-site/pull/95

   ### What changes were proposed in this PR?
   - Add a single shared stylesheet assets/scss/_blog_post.scss (scoped to
.blog-post, imported last in main.scss) holding the whole blog post design
system: a readable centered measure, typography, numbered section headings,
callouts, cards, dark banners, buttons, figures, stat/step/award tables,
badges, and a feature grid.
   - Add layouts/blog/single.html, a blog-only template that wraps each post in
<article class="blog-post"> so the styling stays scoped to posts.
   - Rewrite all four existing posts to clean class-based markup, removing
every inline style attribute; images and videos now fill the column instead of
arbitrary per-image widths, fixing the oversized and misaligned images.
   - Add content/blog/AGENTS.md documenting the class system for future
authors, and keep it out of the built site via ignoreFiles in hugo.toml.
   ### Any related issues, documentation, discussions?
   N/A
   ### How was this PR tested?
   - Run hugo --gc from the repo root and confirm it builds with exit 0 and no
errors (verified locally).
   - Run npm run serve and open /blog/; confirm the four post cards still
render and the list shows no empty card.
   - Open each of the four posts and confirm the article is centered, images
and videos fill the column without overflowing, and section headings, callouts,
cards, tables, and banners render as before.
   - This is a styling and content change with no application logic, so there
are no unit tests.
   ### Was this PR authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
Co-authored with Claude Opus 4.8 in compliance with ASF
